Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, odor-free, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS, NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS                                                                         

Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES                                                                                                                                        

We are currently only accepting exchanges within the United Kingdom. Please note, that exchanges are dependent upon stock availability, if your product is no longer in stock we will not be able to offer an exchange. To start an Exchange please send an email to enquiries@amierwithlove.com

EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REST OF THE WORLD   

If the item is being shipped into territories other than the United Kingdom and EU,  you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, odor-free, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS                 

If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Please note we will not be liable for any shipping charges on refunds.
